Stuart Bannerman, Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Bannerman has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including CFO responsibilities with various oil and gas contracting entities in a number of geographic locations. He has had extensive experience with the financial and commercial management of vessel operations (Coflexip Stena Offshore), fabrication yards (Aker) and personnel operations (Technip). Most recently he was CFO of Technip USA Inc, an entity with annual revenues in excess of USD 1 billion.
Michael D. Brown, Senior Vice President and VP-Construction
Mike Brown, a founder of Remedial Offshore, has more than 40 years of experience in the oil & gas business. Mike assumed leadership of Brown Services from his father, building the firm to a full-service company providing engineering, design and rig construction on a global basis. Most recently he provided limited services to a long list of major drilling rig operators. His many installed components are still utilized and working throughout the global drilling rig fleet.
Dennis Corley, Vice President-Operations
Dennis Corley has 30+ years' experience in workover, snubbing, coiled tubing and well control services, including both onshore and offshore well recovery and workover operations. His experience with high-pressure wells includes controlled exploratory and production wells in Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Kuwait, Algeria, Mexico, Australia, Libya, Turkmenistan, Argentina, Gabon, Cameroon, and Egypt. Prior to joining Remedial Offshore, he was senior well control specialist for Cudd Pressure Control.
Gerald Raabe, Vice President-QHSE
Gerry Raabe has 30 years of oil & gas engineering and operations experience with Gulf Oil and Chevron in varied production, purchasing, logistics and drilling-related capacities. Gerry has vast international experience (both in-country and rotational assignments) in the Far East, Middle East and West Africa. With a background in onsite well control supervision, he oversaw Chevron’s accredited IADC Well Control school, developed multi-million dollar contracts and even drilled fresh water wells for several townships in Nigeria.
